Return Policy
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. We don't accept returns after 30 days.
- All items must be unworn and unwashed, with any original tags attached.
- All discounted items are final sale.
- Refunds must be refunded to the original payment method. If that is unavailable, we will email you an electronic gift card.
- You are responsible for the return shipping, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Instructions
Please follow the instructions below to make a return:
- Pack item(s) to return into a box or bag of your choice.
- Include your original invoice included in your package, a copy of the invoice, or your confirmation email so we can identify your order.
- Ship to our returns address (included below) with the shipper of your choice.
List on the form what items you are returning, and mail to this address:

Return Process
Once we have received the return, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to place the order. If that is unavailable then you will be refunded to an electronic gift card.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS OF $50 OR MORE
Ultimate Footwear gladly offers FREE shipping via the United States Postal Service to anywhere in the United States. Simply select “Free Domestic Shipping” at checkout on orders that are $50 or more.
Free Shipping does not apply to special orders and over-sized/overweight products.
If your order does not qualify for free shipping, or if you require faster delivery, you will still enjoy very reasonable shipping rates. After entering your Zip Code at checkout, we'll show you your shipping options and charges.
We ship most everything via the United States Postal Service First Class Mail.
